Our Story

Who are we? We are a group of women brought together by our shared passion for books and compassion for others. We started out as a book club, Bonkers Over Outrageous Books, traveling to book signings, laughing, reading, sip-sipping, and enjoying each other's company. From the start, we knew we had something special.

With one of our members being a recent breast cancer survivor, we were bustin' at the bra to do more! Cue a stale sandwich, some chips and a car ride home...and BOOBS was born! That's when we began our journey into a nonprofit organization.

Our mission is to provide comfort, relief and distraction to patients going through breast cancer treatments. Having a member with personal experience on how difficult going through chemo can be, we came up with a plan. A plan to provide "Boobie Bags." Each bag will provide a book, goodies, and information on who we are and how one can become a BRA and support BOOBS!

Our hope is to make this challenging time a little easier on patients undergoing this journey by providing them with a gift and a small laugh.

Each and every donation will go directly to providing Boobie Bags to local breast cancer treatment centers. Thank you...like a bra, we appreciate your support!
